- The portfolio, copy, and visuals on this site are © OrbitNest unless attributed otherwise. You can quote us with attribution; you can't reproduce whole pages.
- The site is provided as-is. We make reasonable effort to keep it online, but we don't guarantee uptime or fitness for any specific purpose.
Sending us a brief or quote
- Submitting the contact or quote form does not create a contract or oblige either of us to engage.
- Anything you share via these forms is treated as confidential by default. We won't publish or share it without your explicit consent.
- If you send us proprietary material (designs, code, data) before we've signed an NDA, please flag it — we're happy to sign one before we read it.
Engagements
Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement that supersedes anything on this site for that scope of work. Until that agreement is signed, no commitment exists on either side. Our standard agreement covers IP assignment on delivery, mutual NDA, and payment terms.
Content you submit
- You retain ownership of any content you submit through the site.
- You grant us a limited licence to use that content only to respond to you and run the engagement.
- Don't submit content you don't have the right to share, content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes a third party.
Third-party links
We link to other sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they publish or how they handle data. Visit them at your own discretion.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, OrbitNest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. This doesn't limit our liability for things the law won't let us limit (gross negligence, fraud, personal injury, etc.).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date at the top — your continued use of the site after that date means you accept the new terms.
